Angela Sherring, Associate Trainer
With over 20 years’ experience working with organisations in Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition roles, Angela combines her business knowledge with her facilitation experience to deliver practical and engaging management and leadership workshops to clients.
Angela has a background of working in internal learning and development roles for several leading professional services firms. In 2017, she started her own business and continues to work with firms in the professional services, insurance, banking and legal sectors, plus smaller start-ups and charities.
Angela is also an accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She coaches managers and senior leaders, helping them to effectively navigate the many and varied challenges they face in the workplace today.
Angela believes she brings the right balance of support and challenge to all her work both in facilitating groups and coaching individuals to enable each person to explore and unlock the answers they need to achieve their goals.

Angela has several coaching qualifications from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and Results Coaching Systems. She is qualified to use psychometric profiles such as OPQ, MBTI and Strengthscope. She is a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and is a qualified mental health first aider. Angela is accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
